Interview with John Pitchers from JoomStore

John shared on the podcast his story as well as some things that he had learnt along the way to build up his business gaining larger and larger clients and projects along the way.

John's business grew at a casual and comfortable rate where he was able to leave his full time job and work purely on building Joomla website.

From there John did some interesting things.

Identified his weaknesses and worked out what he wasn't good at Formed a relationship with a partner and teamed up with his business partner to form JoomStore. This allowed John to work on designing and building websites, while Noah, his business partner looked after the project management side of things. Specialising... John focused purely on Joomla development to make himself stand out in the industry and become the leading expert in his field. John also prioritised his time and stopped talking to clients all day. He optimised his time by communicating to clients first thing in the morning and late in the afternoon. All other time was dedicated to work and development. Deliver on what you say you're going to do and setting your client expectations so they know when something will be delivered.
